Case report: Tisagenlecleucel for treatment of relapsed B- acute lymphoblastic leukemia in a patient with CHEK2 mutation

Abstract: BackgroundGermline Checkpoint Kinase 2 gene (CHEK2) mutations can increase the risk of solid tumors. Recently, they have been identified as risk factors for hematologic malignancies.
