Abstract:Thrombotic microangiopathy (TMA) is a rare but life-threatening complication of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Macrophage activation syndrome (MAS) is also a rare, life-threatening hyperinflammatory condition that is comorbid with SLE.
