A cast report of the clinically successful management ofan intrabony pocket associated with a periodontal abscess of a lone-standing, functioning tnandibuiar canine utilizing an autogenous, intraoral site cortical and cancellous bone graft concurrently with a lateral pedicle soft tissue graft is presented.
