Abstract:Pulmonary sclerosing (Pneumocytoma) is a rare benign pulmonary tumor of primitive epithelial origin. Because of the unspecific radiological features mimicking malignancies and their histological heterogeneity, the differential diagnosis with adenocarcinoma and carcinoid tumors is still challenging.
