Abstract: BackgroundEpidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations have a low incidence in squamous cell lung cancer (SqCLC), and the clinical efficacy of EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) in EGFR-mutated SqCLC is far less than that in EGFR-mutated lung adenocarcinoma.
