Shoulder pain is a common complaint of diabetic patients that causes motion limitations and functional disability. Adhesive capsulitis (AC) is the most common disabling shoulder disorder. There is no optimal non-surgical treatment for managing AC in patients with diabetes.we are not sure what is the best treatment to manage Frozen Shoulder in patients with diabetes. We donot know how diabetes can affect recovery after shoulder replacement surgery. Also, we arenot sure what factors can affect function after shoulder replacement surgery.Weakness of the shoulder rotator muscles is associated with shoulder pain. Purpose: The aim of this study was to describe and evaluate a physiotherapy program targeted to reduce pain intensity and improve the daily functioning of diabetics with shoulder problems. It was hypothesized that patients receiving specific physiotherapy treatment improved more frequently and rapidly than diabetic patients followed up without specific physiotherapeutic intervention. Method: A pre-post treatment design was completed for a group of 10 subjects. The treatment protocol, also applied during the daily activities of the subjects, was aiming at reducing pain intensity and shoulder stiffness and improving impaired functioning in daily activities by muscle relaxation, light-load exercise and enhancing the co-ordination.

To overview literature regarding the role of interferential therapy in osteoarthritis knee and synthesize the findings of literature retrieved f(1)rom searches of computerized databases and authoritative texts The purpose of the study was an effort to find out the efficacy of Pulsed electromagnetic Energy & Interferential Therapy to control the pain in osteoarthritis of(2)To design and carry out a randomized controlled trial of a complex, physical therapy based intervention for patello-femoral joint (PFJ) osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee, examining medium to long(3)term outcomes.METHODS: The subjects were drawn from a large population-based research and experienced knee discomfort and PFJ OA.The objective of physiotherapy is to provide pain free and functionally acceptable joint. To control pain suitable electrotherapeutic modalities are preferably be used like TENS, IFT, US, LASER etc. Exercise programme includes ROM exercises, strengthening exercises, joint mobilization, stretches, functional training, aerobic exercises etc. All these exercises or techniques help the muscleand the joints function to their greatest capacity, helping to restore injury by hastening recovery and lowering pain and distressat knee joint.It is a common cause of disability worldwide. Aim of the study is to compare the effect of weight bearing exercises on wobble board and stable platform in improving balance and functional outcome by the pre and post analysis.(4)

The most widespread and dangerous mosquito-borne viral encephalitis is called Japanese encephalitis (JE). In India, the disease still mostly affects children. Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) attacks the central nervous system and causes fever, headache, vomiting, meningeal inflammation, and altered consciousness. Therefore, the focus of JE treatment is on symptom management, and thorough supportive care is crucial to prevent neurological sequelae. In the case study reported here, a five-year-old girl complained of loss of deglutition, loss of speech, diminished tone, and developmental milestone losses. Management was planned for the child using a rehabilitative approach that exclusively includes the use of a therapy ball along with standard physiotherapy protocol. Objectives created indicated that both preventing complications and facilitating recovery were important. The treatment protocol was provided for a period of four weeks. Modified Ashworth scale (MAS), manual muscle testing (MMT), and gross motor function measure (GMFM-88) were assessed pre-and post-treatment. This case report mentions the importance of the effectiveness of therapy ball in rehabilitation in patients with JE.
