Abstract:Testicular mucinous cystadenoma is a rare benign testicular tumor with the characteristics of being potentially malignant and showing atypical clinical symptoms; this article reports a case of a primary testicular mucinous cystadenoma misdiagnosed as testicular teratoma by ultrasound.
