Abstract:For acute leukemia (AL) with adverse prognostic factors, allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is the standard care option after the first complete remission. Meanwhile, as the success of haploidentical HSCT (haplo-HSCT), haploidentical donors (HIDs) become a reliable choice.
