Abstract:IntroductionCobalamin C (cblC) deficiency is a rare hereditary disorder affecting intracellular cobalamin metabolism, primarily caused by mutations in MMACHC. This condition is characterized by combined methylmalonic acidemia and hyperhomocysteinemia, displaying a wide range of clinical manifestations involving multiple organs.
