Case report: A case of otitis externa due to Vibrio alginolyticus

Abstract: Vibrio alginolyticus is a Gram negative bacillus which likes to live in warm and salty seawater and may rarely be infectious agent in humans. In this case report we present a 15-year-old female patient in whose ear culture pure and dense growth of V. alginolyticus was observed.
