Abstract: An 85-year-old man was diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and was initially treated with transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) and sorafenib. He was then switched to nivolumab and ipilimumab in view of sorafenib intolerance and disease progression.
