ÖzetYenidogan döneminde kalpteki kitleler nedeniyle tam alan tijberoskleroz olgularmin incelenmesidir Ege Universitesi Tip Fakültesi Yenidogan Klinigi'ne yatirilarak tetkik edilen dort olgunun klinik ve laboratuvar özellikleri geriye dönük olarak incelendi. Birinci olgu gebeligin 28. haftasmda saptanan kalpteki kitle nedeni ile yenidogan döneminde yatirildi. Kraniyal manyetik rezonans incelemede subepandimal hamartomlar saptandi. Ekokardiyografik incelemede ventrikül içinde ve apekste geni § kitle saptandi. ikinci olgu 29. gebelik haftasmda saptanan kalpteki kitle nedeni ile yenidogan döneminde yatirildi. Kraniyal manyetik rezonans incelemede subepandimal hamartom ve kortikal tüberler saptandi. Ekokardiyografik incelemede sag ventrikül çikiç yolunda, sag atriyumda ve sol ventrikülde çok sayida kitleler saptandi. Fetal ekokardiyografisinde kitle saptanan ücüncü olguda yenidogan döneminde ve her iki ventrikülde ve çok sayida kitleler saptandi. Kraniyal manyetik rezonans incelemede tüberler izlendi. Dördüncü olguda, 32. gebelik haftasmda miyokard kalinla §masi saptanan olgu yenidogan döneminde yatirildi. Gövdede üc adet hipopigmente lezyon izlendi. Ekokardiyografik incelemede sag ventrikül, sol ventrikül içinde ve atriyumiar arasi septumda çok sayida kitleler saptandi. The clinical and laboratory findings of 4 cases and of tuberosclerosis diagnosed in Ege University Medical Faculty Newborn Clinic were evaluated retrospectively The first case was admitted to the Newborn Clinic with the diagnosis of cardiac mass detected at the 28'^ gestational week. Cranial magnetic resonance imaging revealed subependimal hamartomas. Echocardiography showed large masses within the intraventricular cavity and cardiac apex. The second case was admitted to the Newborn Clinic with the diagnosis of cardiac mass detected at the 29"^ gestational week. Cranial magnetic resonance imaging revealed subependimal hamartomas and cortical tubers. Echocardiography showed multiple masses located at right ventricular outflow, right atrium and left ventricule. In the third case multiple cardiac masses in both ventricules were detected during the neonatal period. Cranial magnetic resonance imaging showed multiple tubers. The fourth case was admitted to the Newborn Clinic with the diagnosis of cardiac mass detected at the 32'^ gestationai week. Three hipopigmented skin lesions were found.
