Cascade Processes Merging Chemical and Enzyme Catalysis

Abstract

Cascade processes are an attractive strategy to rapidly build molecular complexity and circumvent the need to isolate reaction intermediates, providing higher efficiencies into synthetic routes with lower environmental toll.
