Cascade Processes Merging Chemical and Enzyme Catalysis

Abstract: Cascade processes are an attractive strategy to rapidly build molecular complexity and circumvent the need to isolate reaction intermediates, providing higher efficiencies into synthetic routes with lower environmental toll.
