Abstract:Like the coasts of the world, the phenomenon of coastal erosion is manifested on the entire coast of Togo and has continued to be acute since the construction of the Autonomous Port of Lome in 1967. It is characterized by the destruction of socioeconomic goods (infrastructures, habitats and tourist sites).
