Carotid Endarterectomy using Regional Anesthesia: Technique and Considerations.

Abstract: BACKGROUND Carotid endarterectomy (CEA) is one of the most effective neurosurgical operations in minimizing stroke risk in both symptomatic and asymptomatic patients with carotid stenosis.
