Abstract: Carl McDaniels has made contributions to professional counseling for nearly 40 years. He is well known for practical applications of career development theory such as the Virginia Tech Employee Career Development Program and the Virginia Career Information Delivery System, and for his theoretical formula "Career = Work + Leisure."
