Caregiver Perceptions of an Interdisciplinary Intensive Therapy Program: A Qualitative Study

Abstract: Purpose: To explore perceptions of caregivers of children with neurodevelopmental conditions participating in an interdisciplinary intensive therapy program. Methods: Semi-structured interviews were completed with caregivers. The intensive program consisted of occupational, physical, and/or speech therapy 3 to 6.5 hours/day, 3 to 5 days/week, for 4 weeks.
