“…Emphasizing entrepreneurial careers as wayfinding enacted through distinct temporal frames to creating and capturing opportunities otherwise overlooked by others (Chia, 2017; Waddock, and Steckler, 2016), we found explanations on how these entrepreneurs got in and got on with their entrepreneurial careers to be characterized by four heterogeneous ingrained dispositions and actions across space and time. Levando em consideração que o momento no qual a coleta de dados desta pesquisa foi realizada (pandemia de covid-19), envolveu um cenário de elevada incerteza e de perdas financeiras por grande parte da população (IBGE, 2020), a necessidade de trabalhar, alinhada a maior competividade por emprego e renda dos profissionais do contexto do estudo, embutiu maiores características de protagonismo de carreira na perspectiva de consequentes positivos de empregabilidade (De Vos et al, 2021;Herrmann, et al, 2015).
