“…Coupled with this, women with breast cancer may adopt a more sedentary lifestyle during recovery which may be associated with the development and worsening of PF symptoms [ 8 ]. While current breast cancer treatment guidelines highlight the importance of providing support for sexual dysfunction after breast cancer, the screening and management of UI and FI do not appear in breast cancer pathways of care [ 9 , 10 ] and often go untreated in this population [ 11 ]. Therefore, it is important to understand the symptom burden of PF dysfunction in women with breast cancer in order to inform care.…”

Small group learning activities are usually effective for building interdisciplinary collaboration and working through complex tasks, such as developing clinical pathways [2]. Interestingly, majority of the course participants (63%) lacked exposure to online learning prior to the course.…”

“…Examples are from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) in the UK [109,110] and Cancer Council Australia [111]. A paper from the UK also gives a good example and emphasises the role that care pathways play with the MDT as the integral part of the system [112]. The UK was one of the first countries to establish the value of MDTs for a cancer type, and together with defined care pathways has been instrumental in addressing variations in outcomes among breast units and regions in the country.…”
