Cardiovascular Toxicity of Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors in Patients with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia

Abstract: In the present review the cardiovascular complications in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) receiving tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKI) are discussed. It covers current views on pathogenesis of TKI cardiovascular toxicity.
