В статье представлена часть обзора Рекомендаций Европейского общества кардиологов по кардиоонкологии (2022), посвященная ведению пациентов с хроническими коронарными синдромами (ХКС). На разных этапах лечения рака (при постановке диагноза, проведении специализированного лечения и в разные сроки после него) ведение пациентов с ХКС имеет ряд особенностей. Следует учитывать повышенный риск развития кардиологических осложнений у пациентов с ХКС и онкологией на всех этапах лечения и динамического наблюдения за выжившими после рака, в том числе получивших лечение в детском возрасте. Немаловажной частью ведения данной категории пациентов является оценка лекарственного взаимодействия между основными антиангинальными препаратами и средствами, используемыми для лечения рака. Ведение онкологических пациентов с ХКС зачастую требует мультидисциплинарного подхода с привлечением врачей-специалистов онкологов, химиотерапевтов, интервенционных кардиологов, кардиохирургов и клинических фармакологов. Указанные аспекты нашли отражение в настоящей статье. The article presents a part of the review of the European Society of Cardiology Guidelines for Cardio-Oncology (2022) on the management of patients with chronic coronary syndromes (CCS). At different stages of cancer treatment (during diagnosis, specialized treatment and at different times thereafter), the management of patients with CCS has a number of special features. The increased risk of developing cardiac complications in patients with CCS and oncology should be taken into account at all stages of treatment and dynamic monitoring of cancer survivors, even those who received treatment in childhood. An important part of the management of this category of patients is the assessment of drug interactions between the main antianginal drugs and drugs used to treat cancer. The management of cancer patients with CCS often requires a multidisciplinary approach involving medical specialists: oncologists, chemotherapists, interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and clinical pharmacologists. These aspects are reflected in this article.
