Cardiovascular dysautonomia and cognitive impairment in Lewy body disease

Abstract: Background Cognitive impairment may be correlated with cardiovascular dysautonomia, including blood pressure (BP) dysregulation, in Parkinson’s disease (PD), but the association between these factors in dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) is uncertain.
