Cardiovascular and Energy Requirements of Parents Watching Their Child Compete: A Pilot Mixed-Methods Investigation

Abstract: Purpose:Researchers have extensively documented the cardiovascular and metabolic demands for sports participation.To date, researchers have ignored the same requirements of competitor's parents.
