Cardiac Tamponade: A Rare Manifestation of Myxedema Coma

Abstract: INTRODUCTION: Myedema coma is a medical emergency requiring prompt recognition and appropriate treatment. This condition often results from uncontrolled long-standing hypothyroidism or triggered by an acute event such as a myocardial infarction, infection, or a variety of systemic illnesses.
