Abstract:Objective: The common side effects associated with cyclophosphamide administration are bone marrow suppression, exposure to infections, as well as cardiovascular complications, including sinus bradycardia, pericarditis, myocarditis, and type 1 heart problems. The present study was sought to investigate the effect of curcumin on modulating side effectt of cyclophosphamide and the mechanisms involved.
