Abstract:Key Clinical MessageCardiac papillary fibroelastomas (CPF) are rare, benign tumors with thromboembolic potential. We present a 40‐year‐old male with a right atrial CPF, referred with acute chest pain. Advanced imaging and surgical excision with tricuspid valve repair were crucial, emphasizing the need for early detection and intervention in symptomatic and asymptomatic cases.
