Cardiac Origins of the Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome

Abstract: Objectives To test the hypothesis that a small heart coupled with reduced blood volume contributes to the Postural Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), while exercise training improves this syndrome.
