Abstract:Background: Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death among diabetic patients. Diabetics who experience chest pain should get a full cardiac evaluation. Exercise tolerance test (ETT) is a noninvasive, less costly and relatively accurate test for evaluation of ischemic heart diseases.
