Cardiac involvement in patients of dengue fever in reference to ECG and Echocardiography – A tertiary care center study

Abstract: Introduction: Dengue rarely affects the heart but clinical symptoms of cardiac involvement mayrange greatly from silent illness to severe myocarditis resulting in death.
