Cardiac arrhythmia from epinephrine overdose in epidural test dose

Abstract: Medication shortages are a clinical reality that force changes in practice patterns leading to unintended consequences. Potential solutions to any drug shortage require a thoughtful, multidisciplinary and often creative approach.
