Cardiac Amyloidosis in the Presence of Bence‐jones Proteinuria and Normal Serum Immunoglobulins

Abstract: SUMMARY We describe a case of cardiac amyloidosis, which is an uncommon cause of heart failure. This case is unusual, as the patient presented with symptoms of angina in the presence of normal coronary arteries and subsequently developed heart failure. Amyloidosis was secondary to myeloma with Bence‐Jones proteinuria alone, which is rare.
