Carcinoma of the Vulva in Pregnancy: A Rare Occurrence

Abstract: A rare case of squamous cell carcinoma diagnosed in early pregnancy in a 28‐year‐old woman is described. At the time of radical surgery, which was carried out in the puerperium, the growth had already advanced to Stage IV disease. The rapid growth of the tumor seen in this patient suggests that although treatment needs to be individualised, the definitive radical surgery should not be delayed.
