Abstract:THERE ARE varied opinions concerning the best treatment for the patient with carcinoma of the body of the uterus. Masson and Gregg1" feel that the standard treatment of carcinoma of the body of the uterus is a total hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.
