Carcinoma of the endometrium; 300 patients managed in a District General Hospital

Abstract: A retrospective study was made of 300 women with endometrial carcinoma managed in the Wolverhampton group of hospitals over I5 years. Data are presented about survival rates of the various F.I.G.O. stages and failure of treatment. The crude five year survival rate for all stages was 68 per cent. The value of cytology. fractional curettage and particularly adjuvant therapy is discussed.
