“…Platinom iz rastvora Pt-jona, pri čemu se na podlogu taloži monosloj platine a bakar odlazi u rastvor. Ovde opisujemo ispitivanje sledećih katalizatora XAS spektroskopijom: 1) monosloj platine na nanočestici paladijuma okruženom karbonom (kao električni kontakt), Pt ML /Pd/C; 2) monosloj platine na leguri PdAu, Pt ML /PdAu/C; i 3) monosloj platine na nanočestici sačinjenoj od nikla i iridijuma, pri čemu su atomi nikla u toj nanočestici pretežno u centru, a atomi iridijuma pretežno na površini, odnosno Ni i Ir grade nanočesticu jezgro-ljuska (core-shell), Pt ML /IrNi/C [13][14][15].
