Abstract:Carbon Quantum Dots (CQDs) were prepared from modified hydrothermal method using Citric acid and ethane diamine as a source material. The synthesized CQDs were characterized by UV-Vis spectroscopy, Fluorescence Studies (FL), Atomic force microscopy (AFM). The particle size is conformed from Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) analysis.
