Carbon landfills as a new step towards achieving carbon neutrality of russian regions in the context of esg transformation

Abstract: Objective: The purpose of this paper is to study the possibility of using carbon polygons to achieve carbon neutrality in Russian regions in the context of environmental, social, and governance transformation.
