Carbohydrate-Mediated Purification of Petrochemicals

Abstract: Metal−organic frameworks (MOFs) are known to facilitate energy-efficient separations of important industrial chemical feedstocks. Here, we report how a class of green MOFsnamely CD-MOFsexhibits high shape selectivity toward aromatic hydrocarbons.
