Carbidization of Technogenic Microsilica by Brown-Coal Semi-Coke

Abstract: Преобладающей фазой в продуктах карбидизации является карбид кремния кубической структуры (β-SiC). В результате химического обогащения содержание SiC в карбиде достигает 90 -91 %, т.е. выше, чем в абразивных микропорошках зернистостью 1 -2 мкм. Эффективность обогащения от приме-сей оксидов и железа высока и составляет 87 -95 %.
