Caracterización de la crianza de cuyes en una zona de la sierra de Huarochirí -Perú

Abstract: El objetivo fue caracterizar los sistemas de producción de cuyes. Se llevó a cabo una encuesta de abril a julio de 2019 a 187 familias criadoras de cuyes en el distrito de San Andrés de Tupicocha - Huarochirí, Lima - Perú.
