Abstract:INTRODUÇÃOO aluminato de lítio (LiAlO 2 ) tem sido usado em reatores de fusão nuclear como produtor de trítio [1] em catodos de baterias a base de lítio [2], como substrato para filmes finos de semicondutores como InN [3] e GaN [4,5] e como matriz cerâmica inerte em eletrólitos de células a combustível de carbonato fundido (MCFC) [6,7]. Este material apresenta três formas alotrópicas principais: α-LiAlO 2 , β-LiAlO 2 e γ-LiAlO 2 .
