Capacitive Pressure Sensors

Abstract: This article addresses the principles, structure, measurement, fabrication, and packaging of capacitive pressure sensors. Because micromachined technologies have been widely used in the processing of sensors, particular focus is placed on silicon capacitive pressure sensors.
