cancerAlign: Stratifying tumors by unsupervised alignment across cancer types

Abstract: Tumor stratification, which aims at clustering tumors into biologically meaningful subtypes, is the key step towards personalized treatment. Large-scale profiled cancer genomics data enables us to develop computational methods for tumor stratification.
