Cancer treatment vaccine: DNA vaccines in treating prostate cancer and colorectal cancer

Abstract: Therapeutic DNA cancer vaccines are now widely regarded as a potential technique for stimulating the immune system's response to cancer. Several clinical experiments involving plasmid DNA vaccines have already the induction of a wide and targeted immune response.
