Cancer of the Prostate Presenting as Scalp and Left Supraclavicular Masses

Abstract: Prostate cancer (PCa) is one of the most fatal cancers and the second most common cancer in men worldwide. The incidence and prevalence vary in different parts of the world. In Nigeria, it is the most common cancer in men with low awareness and majority of the patients presenting with advanced disease.
