Can the Dalit woman speak? How ‘intersectionality’ helps advance postcolonial organization studies

Abstract: Through a sustained engagement with postcolonial/subaltern studies scholarships, I would inquire into how intersectionality as an approach could advance an argument in the context of the postcolonial organization studies.
