Abstract: Introduction and Aim: Childhood overt hypothyroidism is a chronic disease that affect many system adversely and requires treatment. However, Subclinical Hypothyroidism (SH) ,defined obvious cases, impacts on other systems are unknown and there is no common approach to be treated.
