Abstract:Presence of thyroid autoantibodies in euthyroid women can result in various complications such as miscarriages and pre-eclampsia. Women who are hypothyroid have an increased risk of anaemia, infertility, and preterm birth. Spontaneous miscarriages have been reported in association with women with antithyroid antibodies.
