Can an Internet Adoption Framework be Developed for SMEs in South Africa

Abstract: Over two billion people across the globe are now connected to the Internet and the numbers are growing at approximately 200 million people per annum, attracting focus by businesses and governments especially pertaining to contributing to economic growth.
