Nowadays, the Russian agribusiness faces many global challenges and threats, including economic, social, political, technological, and others. The activation of innovative activities should resolve the problems. The study of the state and dynamics of the innovative activities development at agricultural enterprises is undoubtedly important. The authors of the paper hypothesized that the innovative development management of the Russian agribusiness industry involves the effective use of scientific and technical potential, integration of science, education and production, and technological modernization based on innovative technologies. The purpose of the study is to analyze the factors that caused the dynamics of innovative development at enterprises and companies of the national agribusiness industry, in order to develop ways to improve the efficiency of innovative processes management. Using the methods of theoretical analysis, the authors identified the development characteristics of innovative activity at Russian agricultural enterprises and food factories. Economic and statistical methods of analysis allowed the authors to determine the trends and factors in the innovative activity development. The authors came to the conclusion that innovative development management in agribusiness is possible when building conditions to create competitive scientific and (or) scientific and technical results, as well as implement scientific results in production and involve them in economic turnover. Increasing the innovative and scientific and technological potential of the Russian agribusiness industry will allow to gradually reduce Russian dependence on imported technologies and other resources.

La existencia de cerdos en Ecuador muestra que de 2014 a 2021 hubo disminución de 856_396 cabezas, aunque la pérdida de los últimos cinco años representa solo el 7,1%. En Napo esta última etapa tuvo repercusión crítica porque su inventario de suidos cayó un 56,7%. Con este antecedente la investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar los sistemas de manejo de la producción porcina en el cantón Carlos Julio Arosemena Tola, provincia Napo, Ecuador. Se aplicó una encuesta estructurada de preguntas abiertas. Los resultados se analizaron en tres etapas: 1) Correlación parcial controlada por la superficie dedicada a la producción porcina, 2) Análisis de Componentes Principales y 3) Análisis de Conglomerado de k-medias. En los sistemas de manejo 64,5% de la varianza acumulada se explica por eficacia alimentaria; actividad reproductiva; inmunización; control helmíntico y profesionalización.

The innovative technologies developed in the different fields of science (nanotechnology, artificial intelligence, genetic modification, etc.) opened new and infinite possibilities for the several stakeholders that carry out their activities in the different economic sectors. For agriculture, these new approaches are particularly relevant and may bring interesting contributions, considering the specificities of the sector, often dealing with contexts of land abandonment and narrow profit margins. Nonetheless, the question in these unstopped evolutions is about the interlinkages with sustainability. In this context, the objectives of this study are to highlight the main insights from the available scientific literature about the interrelationships between the new trends in the agriculture and the sustainability. To achieve these aims, a search on the Web of Science Core Collection (WoS) and Scopus databases was carried out, on 15 May 2021, for the topics ‘smart agriculture’ and ‘sustainability’. A total of 231 documents (102 from WoS and 129 from Scopus) were obtained, remaining 155 documents after removing the duplicated, which were surveyed through systematic review following the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) approach. As main insights, the concerns of the researchers with the impacts on the sustainability from the transformations in the farming organization are highlighted. On the other hand, it was shown the relevance and the new opportunities, including in terms of food supply, arising from the precision agriculture, agricultural intelligence, vertical/urban farming, circular economy, internet of things, and crowdfarming. We suggest the new and wider concept of ‘integrated-smart agriculture’, better than ‘climate-smart agriculture’.
